Microsoft Specialist
We have a vacancy for a Microsoft Specialist with 3 to 5 years experience in this field. In addition to being a motivated self starter with good administration and document skills the successful candidate will require:
1. A valid 2003 MCSE with Microsoft exchange 2003
2. Strong Microsoft Active Directory expertise is essential
3. Must have completed at least 2 domain/Exchange migrations either from NT4.0 to Microsoft 2003 or Microsoft 2000 to Microsoft 2003
4. Microsoft SQL experience
5. Microsoft ISA experience
6. Project Management experience would be advantageous

Helpdesk/CRM Co-ordinator
Candidate is required to have at least 2 years helpdesk experience, with a proactive approach to customer service and general administrator around helpdesk, reporting and CRM functions. An awareness of cultural differences in social and business norms and the ability to modify his/her behaviour accordingly is key. The job functions will cover all aspects of helpdesks tasks these include:
1. Logging and allocation of calls to Technical Consultants
2. Monitoring performance against requirements of our customers SLA's
3. Provide customer feedback
4. Closing of calls and providing accurate reporting
5. Capturing data for CRM system
His/Hers ability to assist with designing systems and monitoring customer satisfaction will be advantageous.
